Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data EU Enterprise collects through eu-enterprise.com, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We collect very little, and we do not sell it.

1. Who is responsible

EU Enterprise, Office No#23, Zulfqar Center, Bull Road link Brandreth Road, Lahore, Pakistan, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@eu-enterprise.com or on 0300-1588008.

2. What we collect and why

Personal data by purpose
WhenWhat we receiveWhy, and on what basis
You place an orderYour name, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), delivery address, city, order notes (optional), and the items and total of your order. To prepare, deliver and invoice your order and contact you about it (performance of a contract), and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires (legal obligation). Stored in our order database.
You write to usOn the contact page, the form does not send anything to our server: it opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled from what you typed, and you decide whether to send it. The enquiry form on the company profile page works the same way through your email program. If you call, email or message us directly we keep that conversation. To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation (steps you request before a contract; our legitimate interest in running the business). WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
You visit the websiteOnly if you accept analytics cookies: the pages you view, your device and browser type, approximate location, how you reached us, and shopping steps (product views, add to cart, checkout, and the order value and items of a completed order, but never your name or address). To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent). Processed by Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager.
Any visit (server logs)Your IP address, date and time, the page requested and basic browser details, which our server records when it answers a request. Repeated orders from one connection are also limited automatically. To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix faults (our legitimate interest). Kept for a short period.

Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser. We do not receive it until you place an order.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage for things the site cannot work without. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser data.

Cookies and browser storage
NameWhat it is forHow longNeeds your consent?
eu-enterprise-cart (local storage)Remembers the items in your shopping cart.Until you place an order or clear your browser data.No (strictly necessary)
eu-enterprise-consent (local storage)Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again.Until you clear your browser data.No (strictly necessary)
order_access_… (cookie)Lets only the browser that placed an order reopen its confirmation page.24 hours. No (strictly necessary)
eu-enterprise-ga4:purchase:… (local storage)Makes sure an order is counted only once in our statistics.Until you clear your browser data.Yes: only stored if you accept
_ga, _ga_… (cookies)Google Analytics 4: tells visitors and visits apart for our statistics.Up to 2 years (Google’s default).Yes: only set if you accept
Google Maps (contact page)The map is not loaded until you press “Show map”. Google may then set its own cookies.Set by Google.Yes: loads only on your request

Google Tag Manager. The website loads Google Tag Manager on every page so that your cookie choice can be applied to our tags. When that script loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details, even if you decline analytics. Analytics tags do not run unless you accept. Google uses your IP address to work out an approximate location and, according to Google, does not store it in Google Analytics 4.

Analytics and advertising consent. The cookie banner asks for both together. “Accept all” tells Google that analytics storage and its three advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation) are allowed; “Reject” keeps all four denied. Which cookies Google then sets depends on the tags in our Tag Manager container, which today are Google Analytics 4 tags (the _ga cookies above). This page is updated whenever the tags change.

4. Who receives your data

  • Our hosting provider. The website and order database run on a virtual private server we rent from Hostinger.
  • Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your order.
  • Google (Analytics and Tag Manager, and Maps if you load the map), as described above.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there.
  • Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers, such as Google and Meta, process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own published safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

  • Orders: for as long as needed to deliver the order, handle any warranty or complaint, and meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to answer you and follow up on the quotation.
  • Analytics: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
  • Server logs: for a short period, then deleted or overwritten.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time (use Cookie settings); this does not affect what we did before. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object.

To use any of these rights, email info@eu-enterprise.com. We will reply within one month. If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS, and access to order data is limited to authorised staff who sign in to a protected administration area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your data has been misused.

8. Children

The website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If how we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and its date. See also our contact details.
